At one of the feeding stations, Brownie and his friend of two years played quietly and actively, using gentle bites and ignoring the people who watched from the sidelines.

At the Bear Center, the staff set up an action-starter to get bears to show how agilely they climb the Pat Tree while visitors on the viewing deck take eye-level photos. A Lily Fan caught some of the action today.
