Tasha with Ted, Bear Courses, and Wildlife - UPDATE April 29, 2017
Interesting day with Tasha in Ted’s pen with him and neither one that excited. Sharon’s best guess is that Tasha climbed a tree to get catkins and came down on the side toward Ted’s pen and ended up inside it.
Two Lily Fans captured video that tells the story. In short, Ted paid little attention and was more interested in getting out for his walk by the pond. Tasha was concerned but is learning that Ted doesn’t chase her, and she never looked frantic to me. I think it was a good learning experience for Tasha. I hope she comes to trust and accept Ted and maybe have him be her play buddy like Ted was for Lucky for years.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZsJmxziQjqM 12:13 minutes

Sharon captured a nice picture of Holly.
It was beautiful out the window on this calm, clear day. The rising sun made the birds look beautiful in the greenery of their favorite escape tree-a big balsam fir tree with bushy branches. An anxious fox sparrow was singing in that tree even though it’s not near the breeding grounds yet.
Three slots are left in the seven courses: 2 in the course that starts on July 16 and 1 in the course that starts on August 20.
