It is a beautiful blue-sky day. The colors out the window are inviting. Over a dozen hummingbirds are flashing in the sun just outside the window 4 feet from the computer They say it’s healthy to stand up every hour, so I clicked a picture.
Herring GullThe gull flying over is younger (black on tail) than the one we usually see.
Little yearling Lorie stopped by and eyed a competitive red squirrel who also loves hazelnuts.
Lorie The 2 ½ minute highlight video is from May 10, 2011. Lily and Hope were busy tearing logs apart for grubs when little Faith climbed on her buddy’s back. Hope ignored her and kept working.
