Good Feedback – UPDATE September 18, 2013
Utah sunriseToday was field trip day at the IBA Conference—Sue joined the Sunrise Elk Bugling trip while Lynn headed for the hills on a solo nature photography journey. The conference has been going well. The organizers have done an excellent job and have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us in any way they can.
Our talk on den behavior was well-received and sparked questions and conversations. Many saw in our videos things they had only heard about before. We’ve received lots of positive feedback.
JuneLorie and Mike connected with June today to change her GPS batteries. They also checked on Juliet and found she’s back in her den after a brief excursion outside yesterday.
Rumors abound about un-collared clan bears being killed by hunters this year. We have no way of knowing if an un-collared bear we know has been killed. It’s simply the reality of the work we do and the uncertainty we have to deal with each year.
Thank you for all you do.
