Events that Spark the Day - UPDATE December 12, 2021

As I sit at my desk trying to meet deadlines, events that spark the day are the stream of wildlife that look in the window or show trust by taking food from my or anyone’s hand. The 10-point buck at the window is new. The chickadees, nuthatches, and the red fox are now old-timers that bring smiles as they visit.

A good memory is this video from 2011 that Happycub posted on pond chat. It is three minutes of Lucky snoring louder than I’ve ever heard from any bear. He is in the back of the den that he and Honey shared that winter. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hxSFy-Y37sk.
