Tasha, Monarch, Another Mystery Bear - UPDATE August 16, 2016
Tasha did more exploring today and was less reluctant (only 15 minutes) to exit her secure pen. After an hour or so, she went back. Here’s a 5 minute video of her

Another Monarch emerged and was released today at the Bear Center.
Injured mystery femaleAt the WRI, another mystery female has appeared. This one has an injury to her left front ankle and mostly walks on three legs. We took photos to show other bear feeders in the area. Face-on four legs, her chest blaze is hardly visible; but standing with her chest more open, we see the whole blaze; which we think someone in the community will recognize.

Thank you for all you do.
