Ted loves cedar chips. He always has. But this new pile brought out more vigorous action than any of us can remember. For over 4 minutes, Ted squirmed vigorously in them,

Not to be outdone, Lucky put on an energetic show with a piece of burlap—first in the water and then on land. I’ve never seen anything like it. Lily Fans say they’re watching it over and over. Early this morning (about 1 AM), I got back from a whirlwind trip to the location where a new program on bears is being filmed. I couldn’t really afford the time away from writing, but a day and a half seemed a good balance because the program’s topic could help save orphaned cubs that are currently euthanized.
