Cole - August 20, 2013We’re going through many old pictures to select a hundred or so to put on the upper walls of the Bear Center, along with educational captions, by May 1st. We’re looking for pictures that teach, show a range of behaviors, or show the beauty of bears. For the upper walls of the Cub Room, we’ll emphasize cubs. In the viewing area, it’ll be Ted, Honey, Lucky, and Holly. The five candidates here for the upper walls of the main exhibit area include a mother and cubs emerging, beautiful Cole's face (son of June), handsome Bill (son of RC), the sad-looking eyes of old V-Dot, and a bear blending into the night. We’ll get the finals selected and up before May. Visitors will be able to purchase copies of any of them in any size with all proceeds going to the Bear Center.
