Juliet and Aster – UPDATE April 16, 2014

Juliet says "Here"Juliet says "Here!"  Juliet is still at her den but continues to venture out.  Starting Sunday, the forecast is for daytime temperatures in the 50’s F.  Then beginning Tuesday, nighttime temperatures will remain above freezing.  The snow will disappear fast under those conditions.

Endless fascinationEndless fascinationAster’s activities are centered around her den.  It appears she spent the night in her den and then only ventured out briefly a couple times today.  We’re anxious to see when she moves away.

Juliet's cubJuliet's cubLily Fans rocked on the drive to sponsor taxidermy and generate funds to be matched!  The thermometer stands at $22,430 in the drive to raise $20,000.  Thank you.  On that topic, we had a great talk today with the people who make the touch screen tables we hope to use in the Northwoods Ecology Hall.  We’ll be getting more information on those soon.

Thank you for all you do.
