Brrrrr – UPDATE January 17, 2013

Jewel's family stays warm - Jan 17, 2013Jewel's family stays warm - Jan 17, 2013  This morning, vehicles groaned and sputtered when they were asked to perform in the sub-zero temperatures.  The cold crept inside through hidden cracks to track us down.  It was one of those days when you just can’t get warm.  The bears remained hunkered down to protect their faces and sparsely furred bellies from the cold.  Other than the high-pitched humming of Lily’s new cubs and the deep rumbling hum of Jewel’s yearlings, it was a quiet day of bear back watching.

Thank you for all you do.
