Lily den cam imageWe are waiting for WildEarth.TV to complete configurations on their end and send us the embed codes we need to put the den cams online. We plan to visit both dens this Sunday to make minor adjustments. As you can see in the picture, Lily’s den cam is aimed at bright bedding which throws the rest of the den into darkness. We will aim it a little more up and to the right. For Jewel’s, we want to remove the bright root that hangs directly in front of the camera. Then we will zoom Jewel’s camera in more.

A few days ago, volunteers Terry Hagenah and Zdenek Mestenhauser represented the Bear Center at the GiveMN awards breakfast in Minneapolis. Thanks to your efforts on November 15, Terry and Zdenek were able to bring back the bonus $1,000 you made possible for the Hope Learning Center. This amount will soon show up on the thermometer on bear.org.
