Oliana Improves – UPDATE July 13, 2012
Evening light - July 13, 2012Our first attempt to give Oliana her daily dose of antibiotics was during a thunderstorm and we failed. Thunder and lightning makes a lot of bears climb trees, and she wasn't about to come down for medicine. Five hours later, the storm was over and we connected with her—this time with the veterinarian who has been advising us on her care. He was encouraged by the progress. We were able to watch her walk on even ground and could see a limp we hadn’t noticed before, but overall we are encouraged. We’ll keep up the treatments.
Oliana's wound improves - July 13, 2012We apologize for the many unreturned emails this past week. Today, we finally got the technical help to get email activated and working on Lynn’s computer. Now starts the process of learning a new operating system.
Thank you for all you do.
