Last evening, a resident sent the first picture of Shadow I’ve seen this year.

Also, word is in that all three brown cubs are males: Fern’s one, and Pixie’s two. We’re still waiting to see if they molt into darker fur (possibly even black) later this summer.

Out the window, the red maple seeds that we saw as a female flower in early May and as small seeds in late May, are now mature and falling on June 13.
