Ted and Lucky - UPDATE October 11, 2017

I had an opportunity to stop and see Ted and the bears today at the Bear Center. TedTedTed was sleeping in his Chalet with the sun shining on his face. I went in and spoke to him and he rolled upright and extended his tongue as a greeting, squinting into the sun. What a nice bear. I hope he lives forever.

Lucky immediately came out of his bunker den, came over, and sat down. Holly watched from inside her smaller bunker den but was too lethargic to come out. Tasha was still active but was in her enclosure even though the door was open. Being from Kentucky, she was still her sweet active self. She came to the fence to see what was up.

It was great to see them. I’m thankful for the good care Sharon and the staff give them.

Thank you for all you do.
