WRI biologist Lynn Rogers provided the scientific information, video, and most of the photography for the black bear portion of this million-dollar exhibit produced by Curator Curt Hadland of the Science Museum of Minnesota. It opened in February 1990 and remained at the Science Museum for a year. Then it toured North America for ten years. In total, this educational exhibit was seen by over 4 million people at 30 sites.
