(click here) Laurie Athmann, Suzie Saliga, and Judy McClure made in 2016. Super! It is about Lucky, Ted, Holly, and Tasha, and it brought back a good memory of giving a bear hug to Gerry the Bear. Thank you.To add to the merriment, someone sent me this 4-minute video
On top of that, an anonymous Lily Fan heard that two of the WRI’s vehicles are in for repair and that the green van is on its last legs. In the spirit of Christmas and necessity, this good person sent Donna and me to St. Paul yesterday to pick up a 2014 4-wheel drive Ford pickup that is reliable. It is a relief as we head into the snowiest months of winter. Thank you!
Today, this red squirrel seemed to be saying, “It’s Christmas Eve, a time of good cheer, and where are the sunflower seed hearts?” A chickadee wondered the same. I had no choice but to get up and do what I was told.
I’m hearing of unusual bear sightings in Michigan, Duluth, and around Ely, but word is that the Duluth bear that is denning in Jeanette Anderson’s yard has not been out since December 5.
Christmas is a time when I remember so many good people, so many memories, and have so much to be thankful for. Now it’s time to head for the Christmas Eve service with Donna and to have a quiet evening and Christmas together.
Thank you for all you do.
