A Lily Fan suggested that Hope be symbolically made part of the foundation for the Learning Center that bears her name. How appropriate! We found an ornament that bears Hope’s picture and the words “Living and Learning Together.” The photo shows it becoming part of the foundation. Lily Fans will understand.

We were blessed with mild weather (40’s F) that will help cure the concrete. To be doubly sure the concrete is ready for the walls, the foundation will be covered and left until the walls arrive December 17. A hundred-foot long conveyor crane made pouring easy today.

They’re re-thinking, which may delay the “go-live” date a week or two. Technology is changing fast and it's hard to keep up with.
