A Flashback and Meetings - UPDATE December 2, 2014
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HIbJgR3kbL8 from June 16, 2007, shows little Cal and Lily tearing into rotten, moss-covered logs for ant pupae. It starts with Cal, and then light-faced Lily joins him and shows how the design of bears’ bodies is perfect for this kind of work.
The 1-minute flashbackMeteorologist Dr. Robert Conzemius and top northern lights photographer Heidi Pinkerton will collaborate to build a northern lights exhibit at cost for the new Northwoods Ecology Hall. As part of it, Heidi and her husband, one of the originators of Adobe Photoshop, will create a time lapse big-screen video with Dr. Conzemius to show the shimmering skies that look bright against the darkness of our wilderness skies.
A 3-hour meeting explored how best to use touch-screen kiosks to present the detailed information, pictures, and video, a team of Lily Fans is putting together on the many northwoods species we will cover.
Thank you for all you do.
